Give the editorial team enough information to confirm who the business serves and where it belongs. Include the trading name, website, main city or nationwide coverage, the most relevant category, a plain-language service summary, and your preferred contact details. If you want a logo or image considered, provide an approved, clear asset that the business has permission to use.
What Happens After You Submit
- Fit review: we check location, category relevance, service clarity, and whether the request suits the current directory structure.
- Information check: public-facing details may be checked against the business website or other material you provide.
- Editorial decision: TopRated may edit promotional wording, choose a more accurate category, request clarification, publish the listing, or decline the request.
- Future corrections: once published, factual updates can be sent through the documented correction process.
Submission Does Not Guarantee Rank
A listing request is an invitation for review, not a guarantee of publication, a particular position, or favourable editorial language. Commercial enquiries and editorial ranking are handled separately. Featured or promotional visibility is labelled where applicable.
